We watch the tank, not the calendar
When you depend on propane to heat and power a property, there is no room for a guess. Remote monitoring reads the level on your tank and reports it back, so a delivery is scheduled from what is actually in it rather than from a forecast of what should be. In a cold snap — when consumption triples and a schedule built last month stops being true — that is the difference between a top-up and an outage.
The right tank, sited properly
Tank size is a decision, not a default. We size it to what the property burns, site it where a truck can reach it in February as easily as in July, and handle the installation and the inspection schedule that follows. A tank that is too small runs out; one that is too large is money sitting in the yard.
A network that is already nearby
Our distribution network spans Alberta, Interior British Columbia, Yukon, Ontario and the northern United States, and our branches are staffed by people who live in the regions they deliver to. A truck is often already going your way, which is why a site outside a listed service area is still worth asking about.
